Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 18, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how AgentUriel ("AgentUriel", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you use our website and the AI-powered customer operations platform available at agenturiel.com(the "Service").
The data controller is [Company legal name], [registered address]. If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at support@agenturiel.com.
2. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of personal data:
- Account data — your email address and a securely hashed password. We never store passwords in plain text.
- Authentication data — session and refresh tokens (stored in secure, HTTP-only cookies) used to keep you signed in.
- Anti-abuse data — a Cloudflare Turnstile token generated on sign-in and sign-up to verify you are not a bot.
- Billing data — subscription, plan and payment information. Card details are handled directly by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.
- Agent configuration — the agents you create and their settings, including job descriptions, the products/services you offer and search criteria.
- Content & conversations — messages, calls, orders, appointments, candidates, leads and other content processed by your agents across the channels you connect.
- Connected-account data — when you connect a third-party account (e.g. LinkedIn, Meta), we receive OAuth access tokens and basic profile information (such as your name, profile picture and member identifier) needed to operate that channel.
- Technical & usage data — IP address, device/browser information, and product-analytics events about how you use the Service.
3. How we use your information
- To provide, operate and maintain the Service and your AI agents.
- To authenticate you and keep your account secure, including bot protection.
- To process subscriptions, payments and invoices.
- To send transactional and service notifications (e.g. email confirmation, account alerts).
- To operate the communication channels you connect and let your agents send and receive messages on your behalf.
- To improve and analyse the Service through aggregated, product-analytics data.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
4. Legal bases for processing (EEA/UK)
Where the GDPR (or UK GDPR) applies, we process personal data on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to provide the Service), our legitimate interests (to secure, improve and operate the Service), compliance with legal obligations, and your consent (where required, e.g. for non-essential cookies).
5. AI processing
The Service uses third-party large language model and speech providers to generate agent responses and transcribe voice calls. Content you and your customers send to an agent may be transmitted to these providers solely to produce a response. We do not use this content to train our own models.
6. Third-party services and subprocessors
We share personal data with the service providers below only as needed to operate the Service. Each acts as our processor or as an independent controller for the relevant data:
| Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Stripe | Subscription billing and payment processing |
| Twilio | Voice calls and SMS for phone/SMS agents |
| MailerSend | Transactional and notification emails |
| Meta (Facebook / Instagram) | Messaging channels when you connect a Meta account |
| Account sign-in and outbound sourcing/outreach when you connect LinkedIn | |
| Telegram | Telegram messaging channel |
| OpenAI | Large language models and realtime voice for agent responses |
| OpenRouter | Large language model routing |
| ElevenLabs | Speech-to-text for voice calls |
| Cloudflare | Turnstile bot protection on sign-in / sign-up |
| PostHog | Product analytics |
| Hetzner | Cloud hosting and provisioning of dedicated agent instances |
7. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to secure the Service, and — with your consent where required — analytics cookies to understand product usage. You can manage your preferences through the cookie banner and your browser settings.
8. International data transfers
Some of our providers process data outside your country, including outside the EEA. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
9. Data retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then for any additional period required to comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations or to resolve disputes. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
10. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, HTTP-only authentication cookies and restricted access to credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@agenturiel.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
12. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
